    • When you buy games they usually come in these things called “cases”. I find that if you keep your discs in those they don’t break. ever.
      BTW, I’m pretty sure that’s illegal no matter what you’re excuse is.

    • You can make all the copies of all the 360 games that you want, but you’re still not going to be able to play it. Every game has some sort of copy protection. So, if you were to connect to XBL with the copied game, the 360 isn’t going to be able to read it, so you can’t play any games on XBL therefore you can’t get banned.

      Short Answer: No.

      Long Answer: You can make the copy of your disc, but without modding your console to play backups, the 360 isn’t gonna read it. However, modding your console will be detected by Microsoft the next time you log in to Live, and they will permanently ban your console (not just your Gamertag) from connecting to Live.
